Chancellor Victoria Martin, born as Victor Martin, has completed her sex-change operation, and is now physiologically female, as well as legally. She has also admitted to her long rumored incestuous affair with President Roger Martin. Both of them are married to several spouses of both sexes , as encouraged by Antivictorian law. However, a formal marriage between brother and sister is unlikely, as Martins tend to keep incest informal and prefer to intermarry with other prominent Wizard\Witch as well as Muggle families. Most famous of the latter is the Sanders clan, which has often married members of the Martin dynasty and always controls the law courts.

Just an announcement about the fact that the Chancellor is now a woman instead of technically a man. And it is meant to make Antivictorian society better understood by the outside world. The whole point is to clarify that we are a progressive nation built upon the rejection of Victorian morals and their replacement by more liberal, humanistic ones.
