A Grand Tour (Sign-up OOC)

The daughter(Princess Sofia) of the Grand Duke has decided to go on a Grand Tour. For you that don't know what this is, it is a tradition when young adult aristocrats would go on a tour of Europe. It was basically the predecessor of today's gap year backpacking around Europe (except a lot grander). This of course doesn't have to be just in Europe. The purpose is to be mainly educational, but there will be a lot of socializing as well.

Princess Sofia the oldest child of the Grand Duke, and will be travelling incognito. That is, she will be using a lesser title ( Lady of Brunnenstein. Not so much to conceal her identity, but in order to forego the protocol given to the daughter of a Grand Duke and emphasis the non-official nature of her travels. She is 23 years old and her interests include anthropology, art collecting, equine sports, dancing, and classic fashion.

There are a few ways to participate. One can be a host nation or play a travelling companion or both. Just post how you wish to be involved and some info about your characters.

Anyway, I am interested in being a host, if princess wishes to see Wangda as it is - oriental nation styled after Imperial Japan. She may be personal guest of the Emperor Go-Shunyan himself, he will gladly show her the Imperial Palace, whole Wangda, and how the nation looks like...

I am going to start writing the IC thread's first post. My plan for the Grand Tour is something like this:

Sofia first goes to Gyllenmark, where she meets the Grand Duke, they decide to travel together going to Nivok Baves and then Wangda. Thoughts?

My "nation" probably clashes with your concept a bit, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

Russel's Orbital Teapot is a large spheroid space station on an elliptical orbit of the sun. It is run by a pseudo-anarchistic, technoprogressive community of transhumanists.

If you are interested, the young Lady could arrive either by rocket ship or by uploading her consciousness into a computer and having the information beamed to the station's coordinates, at which point she would be downloaded into a new body.

Space travel is a little overboard for even the Grandest of Grand Tours (and a bit to risky).
I am not sure you aren't just a troll.
It all sounds FT, while this is all MT.

I'm not a troll, but I can understand the problems mixing MT with FT.
