The Monarchist Federation
Introduction
The Monarchist Federation is an alliance of nations and states embracing the cause of the monarchy; both absolute monarchs, and constitutional monarchy with similar interests and forms; with the pure essence of royalty, seen through the ruling and leadership of dynasties and families of esteemed lineage and bloodlines. The Monarchist Federation shall be the best of all monarchist and royal nations, no matter how they run their respective nation. We wish to create a strong bond and relationship with other like-minded Royal sovereignties as our prosperous alliance strives for harmony and growth. Regardless of belief, we welcome other monarchs such as emperors, dukes, counts, and democracies.

Official Charter of the Monarchist Federation
PREAMBLE
We, the respective nations of the Monarchist Federation,
do hereby agree to create a Constitution to govern the members of this alliance.
We do this to create an equal, fair, and just body for this alliance to make it better than the failed alliances of the past.
We THEREFORE desire to be a unified body of monarchies, one in will and strength.
We the representatives of the member-nations of the Monarchist Federation, have resolved to accomplish the aims that have been outlined in this charter. Together we are committed
- to advocate the use of diplomatic means in solutions to conflicts.
- to promote free trade and information to all member-nations.
- to defend all member-nations from the threat of aggression by hostile foreign powers, should the need arise.
Therefore, our respective Governments, represented by the ambassadors of each member-nation assembled at the city of Bel in the Kingdom of Aigéantir, have agreed to the present Charter of the Monarchist Federation and in so doing establish this alliance.

Section 1
The Monarchist Federation shall operate on a nine class system of influence within the organization, each level determining the positions that a representative may be appointed to. This functions as a rank system and one can easily advance through
-Recommendation
-Work
-Excellent performance in Campaigns
-Great deeds
-Promotion by the GC and/or Council of 6
-Proven extreme loyalty
-Disobedience that results in a brilliant victory
One can be demoted by;
-Having falsely slandered a member and being exposed.
-Poor campaign performance
-Disobedience that results in catastrophic defeat
-Disrespect of Superiors(Ministers, GC, and Co6(Council of 6), not higher rank people)
-Refusal to cooperate with certain members and allies of the MF in an operation
Section 2
- Administrative Branch
The administrative branch of the Monarchist Federation shall be comprised of the representatives of each member-nation, overseen by a council called the Supreme Monarchist Council.
POWERS OF THE GRAND CHANCELLOR:
The Grand Chancellor shall be ELECTED by their fellow members of the Federation.
They shall serve a term of TWO months, able to be re-elected a MAXIMUM of two times.
Term length is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
If the Grand Chancellor is found to be incompetent, impeachment will be voted upon by the members of the Federation.
The Grand Chancellor shall be able to:
Declare wars, approve new members, approve laws, and call summits.
Wars shall only be declared with the prior consent of the Federation.
The Grand Chancellor may approve new laws, thereby editing the Constitution.
The Grand Chancellor may approve new members, expanding the Federation.
The Grand Chancellor may call summits of the Federation, to discuss various issues.- Supreme Monarchist Council
The Supreme Monarchist Council (SMC) is the main administrative organ of the Administrative Branch, and holds no other executive power. It shall be comprised of six councilors representing the six founding nations of the MF. Its responsibilities shall include: the enforcement of resolutions passed by the Monarchist Assembly, mediation between two disputing member-nations or between a member-nation and a non-member nation, and the management of communications between representatives. By declaration, each of the member-nations of the SMC(The Feng Empire,, Irav, , Stormwrath-Palmaria, and Aigéantir) shall be represented by one representative each.(Monarchist Council is dissolved until further notice. - Monarchist Ministries
The Monarchist Ministries are governed by Ministers, which are under the authority of a Chancellor.

- Legislative Branch
The legislative branch of the Monarchist Federation shall be comprised of a deliberative assembly called the Monarchist Assembly. Each member-nation shall be represented by one representative. The criteria used in electing or appointing a representative shall be left up to the individual member-nation. Such representatives shall be called Legate. Representatives coming from observer nations shall bear the title of Envoy and are permitted to lobby and produce speeches at Summit, however no voting privileges are granted to any observer nation.

A free trade policy shall be in effect at all times for member-nations of the MF.

ARTICLE V – War and Peacekeeping Operations
Section I
The Monarchist Federation shall respect individual essential functions of its members, including ensuring the territorial integrity of the State. No resolution shall be passed by the Monarchist Assembly that will conflict with this clause.
Section II
Member-nations have the right to declare war against other nations without the approval of the Monarchist Assembly, and may organize their foreign relations with other countries as they see fit. Member-nations may wage armed conflicts against other nations, however they will not involve the Alliance in any manner. This may include, but is not limited to: involving the MF in its war, invoking the name of the MF as a determent, or falsifying information to gain support from the MF.
Section III
A rapid response force will be created, known as the United Monarchist Fighting Force, to facilitate mutual defense of member-nations. The UMFF shall not be a standing army, and will only be assembled through the passage of resolutions when the need arises.
Section IV
Member-nations are not obliged to pledge troops to the UMFF. The MF cannot force a member-nation to pledge troops, in respect to Article IV, Section I.
