"Sir, can you see anything?" One man asks
"No, I cannot see anything..." Another man replies
"What are we doing?" Another man then asks
"We are going to make it rain arrows on the Yashch Empire" The leader replies
"Can we possibly do this?" Another man that is unsure asks
"Yes sir, I am very certain we can do this..." The leader then replies
"Why is it necessary to do this?" The unsure man then asks
"Because we need access to the sea." The leader then adds
"Please do not ask me any more questions..." The leader then says in a very low voice to the unsure man
"Archers, take your positions."
"Ready... Fire!"

[Lucklond]

*Conquistadors approaching*

*Reynir realises he's standing in front of a large castle, upscaled for giant use*

*the 2 giants escort Reynir and his followers to the castle*

Later at a camp by the mountain...

The leader of the Adneseanian archer army sits down on a chair in his hut and wonders if the Yasch Empire has responded
"James!" The leader shouts
A small short man walks in and replies with "Yes, my leader?"
The leader then responds with "James, I need you to sneak into the Yasch Empire and collect as much information as you can and see if they are planning a counterattack."
"Ok, I will." The short man says and then he is sent off to the Yasch Empire, The leader then walks over to his bed which is just made from some logs,
tall grass and hay, "I need some rest..." he then lays down on his bed and goes to sleep with no idea what could happen tomorrow...

*As the headman axes is about to come down on the prisoner, Ironhand grabs the axes. Stopping it*

IronHand- No I do not. There no honour in killing prisoners. But that one guy was an ass. You there *talking to the prisoner about to get his head cut off* did you own slaves?

Prisoner- No, when I was old enough I join the army but my family did. His name was Samson, he was like a father to me. He taught me and my sister to read and write. When he died with my sister during the plague we buried them in the family cemetery.

Ironhand- why are you here?

Prisoner- I was ordered here to guard the food so the town and cities have something to eat.

IronHand- *talks to his men who outnumber the Rangers* DO YOU THING THIS MAN DESERVES TO DIE?

Dwarfs- NO SIR!!!

IronHand- do you see, not all men deserves to die. Be the better man, I know you are.

[Tenebrisia]

*Reynir enters the castle with a few of his men, while the rest wait outside.*

Reynir: Nice place you have here... So, mind getting me an audience with your ruler?

[Lucklond]

*Reynir is escorted into a large room with a round table in the middle, fellow Giants are seated but the further most seat is occupied by a human, presumably greaydor*

Reynir:um... Hello I would like to talk with the man called Greaydor hoffson?
Greaydor: yes, who is it?
R: my name is Reynir Olufson
G:ah yes I've been told you went looking for land and stumbled upon us yes?
R: correct, could you inform me of this whole *waves arms about* thing you've got going on?
G: well... This is Lucklond, I was elected leader after the last one attempted to wage war on the dwarves but couldn't find the entrance so he started bashing the floor to try get there
R: riiiiiight
G: don't get me wrong these giants are a bunch of top lads but there not that bright
*the Giants seated at the round table nod in agreement*
R: I thought Giants didn't like humans
G: well they don't mind us, we're sort of like cousins, but they absolutely hate dwarves
R:ah yes, do tell me more
*Reynir and Greaydor continue to talk for hours at the table and is given a detailed description of lucklond thus far*

[The Yashch Empire]

In Storms Edge, a messanger runs in through to the great hall, where Emperor Hixlee-Knar is waiting.

Emperor: Yes?

Messanger: Sir! *pant* I have news *pant* of an attack!

Emperor: What? The War? I knew about....

Messanger: No sir! An army has fired arrows on our land! Im not sure if they hit anything, buty still. It is a direct attack obviously to harm our...

Emperor: *signals him to stop, as he rises from his throne* This attack is outrageous! Think they can wage war on me? I am Emperor Hixlee-Knar, the greatest leader this continent has ever witnessed! We, the Yashch will respond with brute force if they fail to retreat to the land they came from.

The room is silent for a few seconds, when Ze-Lah breaks the silence

Ze-Lah: And, father. If we lose?

Emperor: Failure is not an option.

Ze-Lah: It's a possibility

Emperor: No, it's not. No one messes with the Yashchian Empire! No one! Even if it is a simple attack!

Ze-Lah: And who do you want to meet them?

Emperor: General Swift-With-Swords. He is the greatest this empire has seen in a while.

Ze-Lah: Are you sure?

Emperor: Yes.

Ze-Lah: You! Send a message to The General!

Messanger: Yes ma'am!

The messanger runs out with a letter for the General. Hours later, the general and his battalion march out of the city

[Xerairis]

[Erik is silent as he glares at the young man that used to be an the block. As he does this, the boy begins to fidget and start to sweat under his gaze. After a few moments the young man looks down and Erik turns his gaze on Iron as the rangers tense up]

Erik- [Growls out] Fine. You will figure out which person owned slaves, if they were treated right and why they are here. If you decide they are to live they must stay far away from us. But! The officers, from lieutenant and higher will be subject to torture for information. After that they are to be executed. That is non negotiable as they are usually the slave drivers.

[Free Wolf]

IronHand- I don't care about the officers but all I care is about holding up Justice. Remember Erik in law you need to look pass your bias. Your a good man, all your Rangers are. Your right about us not knowing how it feels. My people have never been slaves. But I know your angry, don't let it control you or it will destory you.

[Tenebrisia]

*After spending some time in the castle, Reynir goes to the campsite where the conquistadors are staying.*

Reynir: It seems that we may be able to find an ally in this land after all. With the help of these giants, we could counter the giant worms that the dwarves are so find of using. Send this letter back to the colony. *Hands over a small, rolled up piece of paper.

Conquistador: Yes, sir. *Sends the letter off to the colony on a carrier pigeon.*

*While Reynir's party stays near the castle, one party heads East, while the third approaches the Lucklond-Xerairis border.*

[Xerairis]

Erik- [Smiles a sad smile] Ah, it is easy to say that. But in war justice is usually put on hold until afterward. [The serious expression returns] Okay Iron, we will do this your way. You separate the ones you think are innocent and send the others to us. You are in charge of them though.

[Erik and his rangers start to leave, but Erik turns back before they completely get out of sight]

Erik- And I better not hear about any fights between my men and them or it will be you who is answering for it!

[They finally leave the courtyard to head back to the temporary command building, leaving Ironhand and his soldiers with over 120 prisoners waiting for their fate]

[Adnesean]

Later that day...

The leader of the Adneseanian archer army awakes from his sleep to only hear James his spy that he sent to and from the Yasch Empire tells him
"My leader! The Yasch Empire... has an army that I believe is marching right for us!"
The leader of the army then gets out of his bed and walks out of his hut. The leader then spots the messanger and asks him "Sir, may I please ask you to give this letter to the King in
Adnesean City? It is very important." "Very well then..." The messanger replies and then the messanger than gets on his horse and then rides off to the King's palace.

6 hours later...

King William of Adnesean sits on his throne in his palace, seemingly in a very bad mood.
Then a messanger walks in "Why do you come in here?" The King asked "I was given a letter from the leader of the Adneseanian archer army and I was asked to give it to you." The messanger replies
"Well then, give the letter to me..." The messanger handed over the letter and the King started reading the letter.

My faithful King, we have successfully attacked the Yasch Empire. But I have just realized, that they are sending over their army and I think that we will need support from the other armies. Please have the entire Adneseanian army be brought over to us. We very do need it.
And only may it be the soldiers only have the best weapons in all of Adnesean and only bring... the best experienced.

The King then placed the letter on the floor and then called in another messanger. The King then told him to go tell all of the Generals to bring their entire armies to the Yasch Empire border. And then called in about 20 men and instructed them to round up all the skilled swordsman and archers that were in good shape that they could find and put them in the army.

The King then after all that, sat there in his throne praying that they would not be defeated...

Elven Foreman-It is done my Empress and king, the defences have been layed out in the valley and mountain pass and when garrisoned will make it almost impossible to get past without sustaining large casualties. I hope you will like the new additions.

*High King Varim paces around his lavish home and watches the passing people on the streets below*

High King Varim-News of the south and west, the current owners of the lands are in conflict with the travellers of the seas, as well as the dark creatures of shapeless form. These are new times, ones we haven's seen since the great exodus from the far north to where we are now. The men of snow havent seen the Dwarves of the underground kingdom and the Elves of forests in century's, not since the great ice blizzard had practically frozen our lands. It would be of great service to the people to speak to the people of the south and reconnect our old relationships.

*High King Varim puts on his large fur coat adorned with metal Nordic plates and sheathes his massive battleaxe, and send word down south to the Elven kingdom, to speak with their leader*

*Meanwhile, one of the other parties crosses the border into Xerairis.*

Expedition Leader: There. In the distance. It looks like a village.

Conquistador: Lead the way, sir.

*The 100 conquistadors approach a Xerairis village.*

[As the conquistadors get closer to the village a feminine voice comes out of the surrounding trees and rocks]

Voice- Halt. Take one more step and you will be dead before your blood even hits the ground.

[A few rustles around them but not much else]

I will send some of my forces to defend them. I pray that Blackreach guy I have in my palace does not make me regret letting him live. Not that he'd have much chance if he tried anything...I just don't trust him.

Giant: yea this'll do, oh who'll be there besides you?

In Lucklond:

Reynir's: It will just be the diplomat and myself. We wish to enter negotiations with your leader.

In Xerairis:

*The conquistadors quickly move into defensive positions.*

Expedition Leader: We are explorers of the a Kingdom of Tenebrisia. We are one of three groups sent out to chart the land surrounding our colony. Who might you be?

[Lucklond]

Giant: oh, this'll be fine, give us a knock when the diplomates ere
Reynir: he's right here *a man sticks his head out from behind Reynir and waves*
Giant: oh, then let's go see Greaydor
*the 3 enter the castle and start the meeting between greaydoor, Reynir and the diplomat
G: So you want some of my soldiers to counter these giant worms?
D: precisely
G: I think I can provide what you need, so from which region do want the Giants?
D: excuse me?
G: let me explain, as you know Giants are just a larger form of human which adapted to the larger expanses of land and animals that lucklond contains, in each region these changes are quite diverse for example here in the main city Giants are about 3 times the size of a normal grown man, but in the Prato wastelands the Giants can be almost 5-6 times the size, this can also work in reverse
D: then I guess we need strength over numbers, are the Prato Giants the largest?
G: yes but they are in staggeringly low numbers so I will provide 10 of them and some from here, is that acceptable?
D: I think we can reach an agreement with further discussion.

[Tenebrisia]

Diplomat: I see... *Looks at Greaydor* There is one more thing. We could arrange a proper alliance between our people instead. But on one condition. The church wishes to set up missionary stations to spread the true faith to your people, is this acceptable?

Greaydor: the only problem is you may need to build them to accomodate the Giants size, depending on there region also I recommend you start building some in the oerty region *points to oerty on a map of lucklond* there the smallest coming at about double a person.

[Tenebrisia]

Diplomat: I'm sure the sessions could just be held outside. It would be more to accomodate the missionaries than anything. We would also sent a few guards, maybe ten or so, to each station. I suppose we could start in the Oerty region, just so the missionaries can get accustomed to preaching to Giants.

[Lucklond]

Greaydor: Then I don't see any problems, we have an alliance
*puts hand out to shake with the diplomat*

Diplomat: *Shakes Greaydor's hand* Very good.

*The diplomat spends some time writing up the details of the alliance as word is sent back to Tenebrisia.*
