We, the Dictator, Government and the People's Gathering of the Most Just and Communist nation of the Allied States of Carpathia and Moldova, hereby issue this document to serve as an official response to the foundation of the SACTO alliance.

Your belligerence and outright fanatical support of fascism, nazism and other right-wing, racist, discriminatory ideologies, has attracted the ire of the Allied States. As a response, any and all members of this evil alliance, have been included into our Axis of Evil list and the respective regimes of these members have been declared illegitimate and illegal. The following sanctions have been imposed onto your nations, as your result of your vile actions of promoting genocide, racism and classism:

• The immediate termination of all diplomatic and economic ties with the member nations of the SACTO alliance.
• The closure of all embassies within nations which are members of this alliance.
• Members of the SACTO alliance are hereby ordered to close and vacate their embassies within the Allied States, within seven days.
• A total economic embargo shall be imposed against the SACTO alliance and its members. Importing goods from and exporting to the members of this alliance, has now been banned.
• Citizens of the SACTO's member nations, which own business within the territory of the Allied States, are hereby ordered to contact the Ministry of Finance's Office of Liquidations for evaluation and sale of their business assets, otherwise they may face confiscation of these properties.
• Any and all high ranking officials of the member nations of SACTO, are hereby declared "Persona Non-Grata" and are banned from entering the territory of the Allied States of Carpathia and Moldova. They are given an ultimatum of two weeks to withdraw or sell any and all assets which they may hold within the Monroe Republic, or face confiscation of these assets.
• Visas for citizens with incomes above $9,000.00 per month, from member states of the SACTO alliance, shall no longer be awarded.
• A travel restriction has been imposed, forbidding the citizens of the Allied States from traveling to nations which are members of the SACTO alliance.

Note that we shall address our partners within the Trilateral Alliance for Socialist Cooperation, with the proposal to adopt these sanctions on an alliance-wide level and shall seek to secure international condemnation and sanctions against your evil, Nazi alliance.

As a freedom-loving nation which respects and upholds the highest ideals of communism, which are equality, freedom and security for all, we can not and will not tolerate this fascist, pro-slavery alliance. We shall take any and all steps necessary to see this organization dismantled.

You may think to resort to military force against us. Know that the Allied States, like the vast majority of nations within the Trilateral Alliance, possess nuclear, chemical and biological weapon arsenals and invest heavily into our nation's defense. In addition, we hold the right to bear arms in very high regard and our citizens have access to stockpiles of weapons and military equipment. Greetings, on behalf of SACTO,

We thank you for your condemnation; it serves as a confirmation that we are indeed making a difference in our fight against the communists. Unfortunately, while I do admire your courage to issue a condemnation against an alliance many times larger than you are, I also must feel disappointed about how stupid such an action is.

If you think your "embargo" and "liquidation" will affect us, keep in mind that I doubt any of us knew that the Allied States existed before today. If you think that your boasting of your WMD stockpiles and your soldier's prowess will frighten us, keep in mind that we are all vastly more militarized than you, with better strategists and tacticans, and from what we see, you would probably be one of the weakest opponents we've ever fought against.
