Senate Limitation Act:

Seeing that the Senate was created for the betterment of Brannack, so that we have an efficient legislature.
Noting that we are one of the most democratic regions in the game, with individual freedoms held sacred.
Believing that a senate of elite nations in the region could prove destructive to those ends for the newer nations, ruining what makes Brannack great.
Assuring that legislation can and will still be needed, however, a simple majority of the senate may prove to be corrupted, and vote against the interests of the region either unknowingly or for personal gain.
Requiring, therefore, that all passed laws..., other than:
1. Delegate impeachment (6 votes needed) OR
2. Senator impeachment (6 votes needed)
...MUST pass the Senate by a unanimous vote, to protect the Libertarian Democracy of our glorious region, Brannack.

No, it restricts it. I agree we have to move up the agreement number to 5 approvals, but not unanimous. Imagine how inefficient and counter-productive we would be.

Or a batter example, imagine the US Congress with that law. How bad would that be?
