Welcome to the IJS Criminal Courtroom. This is the location where all Criminal Court trials and cases take place. While the IJS Administrator has the power to perform maintenance on this courtroom and to keep the information on this court up-to-date, he has no authority other the cases, verdicts, or proceedings of this court.

This courtroom is under the authority of the Chief Justice of the Criminal Court. The current Chief Justice of this court is Patricia Elliot from The United Democracies of Elemental North.

As administrator of the IJS, I hereby bring forth the following case to Chief Justice Patricia Elliot.

CHARGE: Attempted Assassination

Due to a conflict of interest, I was required to brink this case forward due to the Secretary's Nation's involvement in this case.

I shall leave it up to this court's Chief Justice to create a better title for this case if needed.

General Amari Tsugiharu slowly walked the corridor, dressed in ceremonial uniform of officer of Sautung Army. His hands were tied, but he did not care. Guards were escorting tall Nihonese, while he walked. All this for his duty to the Empire. His story was long and interesting. General Amari Tsugiharu begun his career in armed forces in his early 20's. Coming from Samurai family, Amari was always ready to serve the Emperor and Nihon. When the hour of need came, he had no objections. He joined Sautung army when he was 32 and took control when he was 37. His actions were brutal but needed. He destroyed the rebellion, killed their leaders and only a few escaped, breaking the movement once for all. Red Army of Annam, or Annamcong, was dead. They were destroyed by his own forces, and now General Tsugiharu was going to pay for his fight for the emperor. After the war he emigrated to Puhuruhuru Isles, a county which signed a treaty with IJS. There was no chance now to stop his trial. He however knew what he represented. Being a symbol for Nihonese nationalists, he could gain much. That is why how he will behave, how he will act - everything was set already in the head of "Kitsune" how his soldiers called him. Kitsune meant fox, because he was cunning as a fox.

He slowly passed through the gates of the court, and looked around. Only two of the judges were present so far, but he did not care. Only two judges were present so far, but he did not care. SECRETARY OF THE COURTS: THIS IS OOC FOR THE POINT OF ORDER

Until such a time as the Chief Justice (Bari) calls the Court into order seeing a Quorum the Defendant and the Plaintiff would not be allowed into the Courtroom.

Also outbursts like such would begin to be chalked up. If they reach 3 he would be taken from the Court room and tried in Absentia on the grounds of disrupting the Trial.

He was prepared for a long and drawn-out trial yet hoping for a good one.
