We will be coming out of isolation in an announcement, which we will expect to become a target. We do not have a DEFCON style system set up currently but we are preparing for any possible outcomes. If nothing bad happens within 52 Hours of the announcement, then we will scale back how much is active, but as it currently stands that is what it is going to be at.

During the Malovinia conflict (The largest scale conflict I was in) I still only had 20% of my military active.
