While we don't have a Chief Justice right now, let that be the reason this trial get Wait Listed until we do have one.
In terms of this Case... This is a Civil Court not a Diplomatic Court issue. They were right to submit it to the Civil Court for the following reason: This is a Reparations Case which is as follows. Thus the Civil Court would have to deal with this case and not the Diplomatic Court as it has already proceeded to that point.
Civil Court
This court shall preside over cases involving:
--Reparations for Damages
-Reparations for Damages shall be defined as the payment of money, property, or work in order to pay for damages caused by the accused nation or entity. In regards to work as payment, the work must be done for a third party at the standard wage for such work with money subtracted from the payment to account for food and living costs.
This court is only for case that occur to prevent actions that would later warrant a trial in one of the other courts. This court may also be used as a go between in negotiations, or as a meeting to settle disputes before the situation is severe enough to be a Civil Court Trial. A Diplomatic Court Trial may be held as a hearing before a Civil Court Trial. This court is the only court that may not enforce its rulings.

I deferred it to the Diplomatic court until we have a chief justice. It is stated that the Diplomatic court is the precursor to the Civil court. If they resubmit their application, I have already contacted the Arbiter, so if they resubmit, it will be accepted. If we get a Chief Justice for the Civil Court, we could easily defer it back to them. This court is only for case that occur to prevent actions that would later warrant a trial in one of the other courts. Granted. So long as this case gets Deferred to the Civil Court for a Proper Hearing assuming that the Plaintiff presses for such then we shall lodge no formal complaint as this matter is rather serious and they do have a good point. We will watch this closely to see if the IJS really works. Drogomeria I appreciate your handling of this matter considering your nation is unfortunately involved in the case. In Response to Elemental North's Announcement of their running for Chief Justice, we yield our candidacy and ENDORSE the Right Honorable Justice Elliot for the Position of Chief Justice of the Criminal Court.
Holy shit!, you are overly qualified. However, there is an issue that your candidate and your Justice are different. What would occur. Ok, It is within their right to request a civil court case after a diplomatic court case.
As per the election, all that is needed is a candidate for the Secretary for the Courts, and we can proceed with an election.

Many thanks. I look forward to this election, and to the future prosperity of this organization. Also, wouldn't you just move the justice from being a part of the voting court to the Chief Justice spot?

Your Excellencies,
The diplomatic court "is only for case[s] that occur to prevent actions that would later warrant a trial in one of the other courts". It is therefore unsuitable since the action has already indisputably occurred and there is clearly a question regarding reparations for damages which is indisputably a matter for the civil court to settle.
