By the way, I am capping my population to 4.5 million people when I roleplay with others who cap their population to very small number too, so that shouldn't be a problem or be in the way of me interacting with other members of this alliance who cap their population

I wanted to join the IU, but was unsure of its stability. I also didn't study you guys that deep yet (aka I didn't stalk your posting history yet), so I wasn't sure whether committing myself as a full member would be a smart thing to do

I always wanted to interact with you and the others in some way, though, I guess, and that was how I was attracted to post in the thread. Some of my older roleplaying friends think I have made a bad move by getting to know you guys, but they know nothing

If you don't introduce yourself and get to know others or meet new people, why would you expect them to introduce themselves and get to know you?

Very Brief History of your nation: Xinjie is a product of a failed pivot to North America by the Ming Dynasty. One of Emperor Longqing's new advisors suggested the idea of extending China's influence outside of Asia into North America, and with Longqing always interested in ways to make China stronger and not as invested into traditions as his predecessors were went along with the plan. After some expeditions, some successful contact with Native American tribes, and some contact with Native American that went wrong, China gained tributary states around Southwestern British Columbia and Northwestern Washington. Though unpopular at first, a North American crop that was introduced to China by Native American tributaries turned out to become relatively popular in the country, especially among the elite. Many Chinese merchants traveled to the Tributaries to make what they could off of the popularity before a particularly bad winter that prevented the crop from being sent to China, significantly hurt the Chinese economy. The crop was still shipped off to China, but it's popularity waned. Xinjie sat around for a while, the few merchants who decided to stay in the region going about their business, and the Native American tributaries still paying tribute to the Emperor until the Ming Dynasty fell. the Qing Dynasty saw Xinjie as a waste, and eventually managed to sell it to England in 1702. Xinjie remained a part of England until achieving full independence in 1932. Xinjie absorbed the failed state of Alaska in 1934 over a decade after Alaska gained independence from Russia, but the country fell into bankruptcy and hyperinflation two years later.

2. To be honest, I only researched into Westminster style parliaments such as the one in Australia and Canada where the Queen is the de jure head of state. I did not know that the Prime Minister is not simultaneously the head of state and government
