Technically... but there are some exceptions. Prepositions go as close to their agreeing words as possible (preferably before them as well) for example, and verbs normally go at the end. Its bad form otherwise :p

Well, it's kind of like those of us who were recently appointed to some of the open positions... I'm not saying I want everyone to notice me, but I feel a little less like an upstart if my name is finally filled in beside that blank space of secretary-treasurer :P

do yall mind if we a mercenary nation and proud of it jion? we are democratic of course. it is just that to vote you are required to serve in our armed forces for a period of time

I choose the second definition of it. This meaning rule by virtue and not owning land to be allowed to vote or hold political office. Instead one is required to serve time in the military (currently 6 years)
