If I could start out, I'd like to ask all the candidates this question:Question to the Prime Ministerial Candidates
If elected, what is your stance on creating a judicial branch, or some similar mechanism, meant to peacefully resolve prolonged OOC disputes by jury vote?
Yes the elections are long over due.
I have been monitoring things, but because of OOC stuff have not been able to be very active lately
Libraria and Ausitoria wrote:Deian salazar wrote:The IFc nearly collapsed when you were gone![]()
Nah, it's a bit too well constructed. Because there are so many people in government in the chain of command, there will always be plenty of people to step up in an emergency, IC or OOC, and at least some of us knew who all of them were. It's important that the Cabinet can function as a group and select an interim leader.New Aeyariss wrote:

That's why the PM has the most effective power in our organization and we have a well constructed set of laws. In order to ensure a fluidity of governance in these cases. While I hold the permanent position of Founder, my role is more symbolic, like the King in a Constitutional Monarchy. I will restructure my nation a bit,,,,and maybe we can revive IFC in a positive way, but I leave it to some brainstorming for now...

Actually, I find that we have no access to the OP to be quite a problem.

Anyways, I am back, and this time intend to be more active (less pressure of leadership will be worth it for sure!)New Chilokver wrote:Actually, I find that we have no access to the OP to be quite a problem.
Yes, this is actually a HUGE issue I found, since I had no control over making the changes on the OP, and constantly got reminded that these changes had not been made.

no problem. You got busy. No big deal
However, we need someone with lots of free time on their hands, imo. And we need to take a more brave, war-ready stance. This coalition was built on the ideas of freedom, and while diplomacy is nice, we have become too soft and look cowardly. So we need to get into shape.
I assume some war games to replenish our cooperation and revitalize this organisation is in order?

May I ask what y'all were digging up?

I'd like to know myself. I don't have any of the technical expertise either of you have, but I adore history and have a great respect for archaeologists.![]()

Well, I'm not an archaeologist, but a well-connected history nerd.![]()
I don't have any technical knowledge other than helping dig through some sandstone and sediment and helping find some stone tools, crucifixes, pottery, and other stuff. Heh.

Still, quite an experience. Just being in Guam must have been a blast; Micronesia is a fascinating area of the world. What kind of history do you specialize in?
