I'm pretty sure it is modern tech only, I am new to the alliance though, there might be exceptions.

It's really meant to be for MT, realistic nations. That's one of the admission requirements.

This'll probably be my first time applying as observer my main nation for a while.
Every other organization I literally got a free pass to post, or just signed with another nation(e.x:Katanga and Tanganyika/Socialist Abania) :p
