Steve looked over at the two "Ya done fucked up!" And then returned to bouncing a ball off of Hiss's unconscious head

"Huh...wut?" Optimus asked, looking at Rapid Run and Midnight Express sprawled out on the ground. "Sorry...I kind of missed it...Hey Swerve can I have another?"

"Yeah, yeah, here ya go," Swerve handed another drink to Optimus. "I swear, at this rate you guys will be too drunk for karaoke...which should make it all the more fun to watch."

The sleek black car pulled up to the government building, the flag of Hespero-Belkia flying proudly in the wind on a flag pole off the building. The car came to a complete stop and a man in a suit and tie came out, slowly opening the door to the woman wearing an old army coat. The woman reached into her coat and pulled out a half burnt cigar, sticking it in her mouth while the man lit it. She took a quick inhale and then puffed it out.

"Sousuke..." She spoke with a faint Yottabotan accent.
"Yes Madam Pavlovena..." The man spoke with conviction and a type of professionalism that suited his job.
"Time."
"4:56, you have four minutes" The woman sighed and spit out the cigar, then stepping on it to smoother it out.
"Well let's not let Sir William waiting then..." She couldn't help but smile her sadistic smile as she walked up the steps. She made it inside and examined the interior, it was quite beautiful and elegant, she had to admit, with paintings of the Emperor himself along with a few others hung up on the walls. That was when a set of guards marched up to them.

"Halt, please state your business before advancing further" The first guard said firmly as he stared Sofiya in the eyes, only to recieve a cold glare back.
"Who the hell do you think you are? A scrawny little guard with a rifle I'd be ashamed to be shot with..." Sousuke sighed and placed a hand on her shoulder, pulling her back and allowing him to show their identification.
"We from Yottabota, and have a meeting with his excellency, Emperor William I. Pardon Madam Pavlovena's attitude, she is not best when talking outside of politics and war." Sofiya crossed her arms and, practically sang, a string of curse words in their native language at him. The guard simply nodded and allowed them to proceed.

The Government Building
Out from behind a desk a young Innovator stepped out

"Hold it you two, I don't take kindly to people waltzing in and commenting on my friends and allies. So who are you two exactly?" The young man asked

The Superdome
Just as Optimus was having his drink, Wheelie pushed a karaoke machine out onto stage. Hearing this, Jarvis ran inside and walked onstage

"Alright guys, it's time for some karaoke! Now, those of you who aren't drunk should try it, those of you who are... Express caution" Jarvis said nervously

"Hey, Perceptor, I got an idea," Wheeljack giggled and nudged Perceptor slightly.

"Yes?" Perceptor replied.

"I think we should go up there and sing a song. You and me."

"But...I'm not a very good singer..."

"C'mon, it'll be fun!"

"Fine..." Perceptor sighed as they walked over to the karaoke machine.

The two stopped in their tracks as the young man shouted at them. A vein popped on Sofiya's head and Sousuke sighed.
"can I please kill him..." she muttered in Yottarian to Sousuke who shook his head and placed a hand on her side where she kept her gun.

"No, we don't want another incident... I'm sorry, we were under the impression that Emperor William had informed you all of our arrival. My name is Sousuke Saraga, bodyguard to Madam Sofiya Pavlovena, le-" she stepped forward and placed a hand infront of him, signaling him to stop talking.

"I don't need an introduction from you Sousuke... My name is Sofiya Pavlovena, newly instituted Supreme General of Yottabota." As she spoke, her voice became colder and more formal. She was never the serious one, but when it came to her country and politics, her attitude makes a 180.

"Doesn't deny the fact that you were rude to my men. Now I suggest you apologize" The man said, a sword popping out of his arm and his eyes lighting up

"Before I have to take you both outside" He growled

Sousuke sighed and backed up a bit.
"Now you've shaken the Devil's Den..." At that exact moment Sofiya began to chuckle, but the chuckle evolved into a laugh that grew crazier and crazier as the seconds ticked by.
"Oh sweetie... I'd love to play but I don't tango with children... That being said..." She removed her coat, revealing her two bionic arms, each one were tinted red, and the four guns attached to a bandolier on her waist and stomach. "I can always make an exception!" Her left eye glowed faintly, shining bright and blue.

[Hespero-Belkia]

"Sir, the Yottabotans have arrived," a guard reported.

"Send them in," Will sighed

"I guess our little match will have to wait" He smiled, putting the sword away

"Looking forward to it dear... Sousuke my coat please..." Sousuke came over and placed her coat back over her shoulders. She took a deep breath and then returned to her professional, cold attitude before opening the doors and walked in. "Sousuke wait out here." He nodded as the doors closed behind her and he stayed outside with the innovator. "Hello Emperor William I... May I say what a lovely estate you have here..." She took off her Barrett on respect.

"Please, just call me Will," Will replied. "And thank you for the compliment."

The innovator looked over at him
"So. What are you guys?" He asked, fixing his sword, which had jammed itself in his arm

Sousuke looked at him and leaned against the wall.
"Like I said before, I'm a bodyguard, she's the leader. Came all the way from Yottabota to talk to the Emperor. You see we just joined the coalition, and were invited to have audience with his majesty..."

Inside the office
Sofiya took a seat infront of he desk and brought her left leg over her right. "Well Will, I hope you realize that I'm not here to compliment you... It's time to talk business, or more or less politics." The smile faded as soon as she continued to talk.

"Can't wait for Kyle to meet her" The man laughed

[Hespero-Belkia]

"Ah yes, that infernal business," Will sighed. "Congratulations on your country successfully joining the DC at long last. Now, what brings you here?"

"I'm not usually a big meat Person, but I think I can make an exception" she told the waiter who had arrived "Dolfen vain lucef jien mien order" she smiled and looked at Setsune. "And you?"

"I'll have a burger, medium, American cheese with bacon on top, little pink, if it's still moving I'm blowing up your kitchen" Setsuna said, looking back at Marie "hi" he smiled

The waiter liked at Marie, confused.

"EH..ein Speck Cheeseburger" She replied, to which the waiter nodded and went off to the kitchen.

"well this is the Simonian embassy" she giggled and looked around. "This place seems happier then usual.."
