He's probably the only person in the Syrian government that was worse than Hafez, which is saying something.

Hence why I use his image in an ironic fashion for my leader, who in contrast is generally a decent guy.

I know he was behind Hama, but the Muslim Brotherhood aren't the nicest guys either (I don't care what Obama and Clinton say, MB are terrorists!) but I don't know much else about him...

Well considering the guy who posted above you has a Red-and-Black flag (colors used mostly by nazis and commies), I don't think an AK-47 and a farming tool are too communist...

A: It's not the IC flag

B: Red & Black is not used by Communists, and the tones used(Along with the symbol) is not ones used by Commies and Nazees.
C: Look at Commie Mozambique. They use the same symbol. Just a quick saying, but other than that, no much else.

Why don't we report Ardoki in entering a thread he is banned from? I'm actually pissed on his attitude and behavior, especially in his play-safe personality.

All you need to do is report for a request to remove post, but I hold little to no authority on that.

No expert by any means, but I have some literature that has helped me get a feel for cyber-warfare. It really depends on what you're talking about though, as it extends pretty much from jamming military communications to launching DDoS strikes against foreign states.

1) SACTO is going to have a command reform, based on principle of "leaderless resistance". Every member of our alliance, regardless of population or military size will be equal and our command structure more decentralized. Council of founders will be abolished, with only El Cuscatlan, Riysa and Quirina retaining positions of representatives (Commanders) of Alliance. In Addition, The Greater Vakolicci Haven will be executive of foreign policy of the alliance.

2) The alliance candidature will become invite only, with every member able to suggest a member, but requiring confirmation of Commander to accept it.

3) There will be new thread launched today.
