Just don't expect Avalon to sign an Arms Treaty, I am keeping my right to deploy any weapons I need to accomplish the safety of my nation. I thought we had a charter though?

weapons deployment in terms of when they can and will be used will b specified butt will be along the lines of your policy of "if they use them first."

We do have a charter it is just not centralized in one post, and for good reason. Mostly because it is easier to know the regulations and rules for certain things if it is within the same post.

UMA Peacekeeping Forces Description

The UMA Peacekeeping Force is the official Joint Military Force for the United Monarchist Alliance. It provides assistance to the member states of the alliance when they are attacked. This force will not actively search out conflicts and will only join the conflict if a member state is under attack by a hostile nation without a just cause for the invasion.We will seek out peaceful resolutions first but they may not always be available. The Headquarters will be within the Nation of the Prime Minister and troops will be split between bases in the Prime Ministers Nation and the Defense Ministers nation.

UMA Peacekeeping Force Policies

1.Nations Contributing Troops are encouraged but not obligated to join in any official UMA Peacekeeping Forces Operation
2.Any Nation donating troops has the ability to opt out of any UMA Peacekeeping Force Mission
3. Only the nation who donates the troops can control their forces, unless stated otherwise by the nation
4. This in NOT an offensive force, it will be used to defend member states if an invasion is launched on their territory. The mission will officially end after the defensive actions have completed.
5. This is a multinational task force that does not belong to any one nation
6. Troops will be divided between bases with in the Prime Minister Nation and within the Defense Ministers nation.
7.Use must be fully justified by the Founders and the Defense Minister (2 of the 3 must agree)
8. Any hostile acts between two member states will not be tolerated and the UMA peacekeeping forces will side with the non aggressor state or will not take part in the operation at all.
9.Any state who donates troops can withdraw them at any time
10. All war planning will be done by the war council consisting of the Prime Minister, Defense Minister and a select few trusted nations as selected by the Prime Minister.
