SACTO have RP ban on UL, SACTO-UL RPs always turn into OOC war, so not really a good idea IMHO.

ICoN members reluctant to support one side or other
The Furrster (furry) sides with Roski and argues with Elemental North about obscure governmental contingency plans in the event of an invasion by Emu's
EN then tells that ICoN will not intervene if war starts
And Valdiu looses the plot completely and wants to have organizations that want the same thing to be civilized and actually work with each other for a common goal and not squabble over slights done to them by members of the other organization.

Not really. Who is the victor in a defensive war? My nation is made up of islands in the middle of nowhere. In order to win, you will have to invade; however, how can you invade if your can not set foot on my nation's soil. As long as I can prevent you from getting near my nation, your nation would be wasting money. Eventually you would run out of money for the war effort.

As long as my population stay's nine times higher than yours, I don't really see any issue with manpower.
Currency is non an issue.
The sea wall is the biggest issue, but that will be fixed soon.
