The purpose of this Alliance was to negotiate laws and standards for member nations, and whilst there is a standing army, it is meant to-in the perview of my office-protect attacks on the Alliance as a whole. Thus, all considered, along with the fact that ICON had gone dark during the time the declaration of war was issued, coupled with overwhelming member dissent, it is the official stance of this office, and thus the entire Alliance as an organization, that Congress shall stay neutral in this conflict.
