Protects the Congress and acts as defensive ground forces for Primary ICoN Facilities
Congressional Navy: 300 Ships
Protects the harbors of the ICoN HQ and acts as a sea based diplomatic HQ.
Congressional Air Force: 2,000 Air Superiority Fighters
Protects the skies of the Primary ICoN Facilites

I do believe if needed military intervention only requires such forces.

I just realized someting.

Because of the way we're structured (all types of government, etc.) it makes it difficult to enforce many laws without encroaching on some national territory, like biofuels (country might depend on coal and biggest occupation is miner) and certain civil rights (dictatorships).

Also, My Military could become fully available to ICoN if needed in times of war. Also I could supply some of the ground troops and almost all of the Planes considering that we would also need aircraft for Troop Transport, AWAC Roles, Refueling, Some Air to Ground attack planes and Special tasks aircraft such as SAR and Reconnaissance Birds .
The F35 Lightning II, my nations current multi-role fighter could be used for some of the roles.
