B: A somewhat viable option is never unavailable.

It is also noteworthy that it has never gone through with it on all three occasions. Latent IFC influence (and it is latent, since it usually has been suggested only at points of crisis or just after) doesn't seem to have triumphed, if you will.

No one said* it was unavailable. But somewhat viable isn't a ringing endorsement, and nor does it really convince me to agree. (I can't speak for anyone else so if they want to add their opinion feel free)

Finally, how exactly would ICON cut ties?

On another note, I'm offering a partial merge between I.C.O.N. and the smaller UPA.

Basically both alliances will have separate memberships, separate laws, but both will collaborate in terms of our projects (eg. providing aid to third-world nations)

Some of the stuff we decided on while we were... out, was to abolish the position of Executive President and replace it with a high council (Furry, Chilo, Zunk, EN, Libraria, Der Fabmeister, and I) with basically the same function, headed by EN, of course. EN, your thoughts?
