Am I the only one who finds this a little unsettling...? The penalty for murder is more severe than that for manslaughter?
And, well I'm in no place to judge, but the age of consent is 13? :S

Manslaughter, by definition, means killing without the intent of doing so (like a car crash).

Personally, I think I would send a female student from the capital, a male student from one of the northern, more Arabized cities, and another one from rural southern N.M.

I'm probably going to send a poor kid from Wahui (the poorest and most wartorn city in Cyllea) who's never seen most of the modern stuff like lamp posts, elevators, ect in Cyllea.

I'm thinking of sending a male student from a coastal city and a female student from one of the inland cities
