The Hicastu Pact is an intergovernmental defense, trade, and mutual alliance dedicated to cooperation between member states both on the battlefield and in politics. We maintain little restriction on the policies of member states but reserve the right to remove a MS due to public disdain for a policy of theirs. It was announced by the Minister of Foreign Relations on August 11, 2014 and approved by the President on the same date.

HP's headquarters is located in downtown Hicastu, the grand capital of the Fourtese Socialist Republic. Specifically located inside the Hall of Kono, pictured right, where ambassadors to the pact convene for summits and similar meetings.
