The Ministry of Science and Education give scholarship program for the fifteen high-achieved students of Leichenstadt University at Capital State. This programs receive a good response from all elements. Furthermore, students that have average achievement index of 3,8 to 4,0 (Perfect Score) are given a chance to continue their study in foreign University and get full accommodations from the Leichendorf government, they can also participate in the recruitment test of Leichendorf Science Department.
