Biological weapons are illegal under international law.

but international law only applies to those who actually are signed in with the international law.

Sure, its frowned upon, but so is sinking civilain ships for no valid reason

Fair enough. Just keep it far enough away from the proposed Allied Task Force please.

North Korea hasn't signed the Chemical Weapons Convention (no surprises there). If they used them in a conflict, would it be legal?

I will hand out gas masks if you need it.

(I think one bomb in the capital with it, and the fact that basically the entire IFC and IU have completely banned travel with this nation is now very easy to not have backfires.)

I think we should just agree to disagree here, because your argument kind of makes sense to me. However, I would advise you not to use these weapons against anyone.

Not sure how protocol works around here, but as this is an official proposal, shouldn't it go in the IFC Council thread?

More unofficial ATM, I want to garner support before deciding whether it should be a IFC organization, or something we come up with.

I just pulled a map off of Wikimedia, it's not anything IC-wise.

Oh don't worry no one is really sure how anything actually works :p

A (slightly) more serious point:

Since I'm foreign minister I technically have jurisdiction over IFC involvements in non-IFC territories. However EN can overrule me on this and I'm way too overstretched NSwise as it is.... so this should probably be made official, which means Council.

So @ Organized States, I have several questions about this... why would need it? What its purpose? what happens if it comes into conflict with another nation/org?

The IWC's motto is "We are committed to stopping cruelty to those who cannot speak the peace!" Not exactly an English teacher here, but this doesn't seem to make sense. I understand that they are speaking up for whales as they cannot speak up for themselves, but "those who cannot speak the peace" doesn't mean anything to me. Again, not an English teacher.

I knows, I was teasing.

Concerning the actual war, a lot of nations are gunning for a conflict on this, and all it takes is one trigger happy ship captain to set the whole thing off. Also Antarctecta declared war against Zatak, so if that heats up

This being said, there is already a peace organisation already devoted to stopping the whaling wars.
