It seems the nation being attacked has agreed that a closed RP is best, so I suggest we stay out seeing as we aren't immediately wanted. It's better to have a member state stay in the IFC but consciously decline assistance then to assist against their wishes, piss off his opponents and probably the defender themselves, and risk somebody leaving the alliance, or giving the alliance a bad name. Besides, worst case scenario, they call for aid later when the enemy has swarmed them and they see the futility of standing alone, or just suffer the consequences and remember next time to accept an allied coalition.
Ah, I didn't see that he agreed to a closed RP. Okay.
