I don't understand why people leave the alliance just because they disagree with one decision. There are mechanisms in the governance structure to voice disagreement and even change the leadership if people desire. In a government lot of things happen that not everyone agrees with yet they stick together and use the democratic mechanisms in place to bring forth their desires.

Yes, but when a series of terrible decisions, backed by no support to get them repealed, gets implemented, you can see a major change in membership.

No. I think for once we have to show a sign of force, make SACTO pay for its actions. As far as I see it, an alliance between SACTO and the UL is nigh impossible. They don't even acknowledge one another.
