Sorry for suddenly interrupting (I know this is a bit awkward).. especially since I am not a member of this organisation.

Do you guys have any IRC channels and/or chatting system where people can chat or socialise together, especially with roleplayers from outside the alliance? I want to talk and get to know some roleplayers from this alliance for quite some time now, but the only way to get to know the people so far have been through telegrams or accidental RPing together, etc.

Not that I know of; most of our inter-IFC socializing occurs on this thread. Is there an IRC channel that you frequent, in the event that we want to get to know you there?

hmmm. Nothing formalised, unfortunately. This thread was always quite chatty as well, so it sufficed. But maybe no longer. I use chatzy, Skype and a few others when people want to talk in real time

I will not resign, it is the right of fellow member states if they wish to leave this coalition. I will maintain my office even if there is only but 1 member left. I have lead this organization as its longest serving prime minister, and have authored 2 of the biggest landmark legislations this organization has ever seen.

I fired the Hon. Secretaries because-though no one has seemed to question it-the Intelligence Minister was horribly inactive, and the Foreign Secretary decided to form his own policies, especially that in the Zernovyl incident, that was detrimental to peace talks and would eventually-in my perview- lead to war. He lacked the respect of leadership needed, and thus decided that in his efforts to look more favorable to a future voter base, to make his own "policy of action". The Delegation has been my biggest critic since the moment I stepped into this office, and was only too happy to cease every opportunity he could take to make this Administration the "drama" he so auspiciously blames me for perpetrating. If you wish to fire ME for reaching the end string due to insubordination, policy failure, and ineffectiveness in inter-administrative processes, then please, by all means, fire the one Prime Minister who has ALWAYS fought for your best interests, privately or otherwise. Remember, just because I never made a Broadway show out of it, doesn't mean it never happened....

Either way, it is still/and has been, an honor to serve you...
