I believe that nuking whales would technically be legal hunting. It wouldn't be animal cruelty as they die in a swift and painless manner. However, if the whales are endangered, I believe it would be illegal.

Not yet. A lot of nations like their different ammo *looks at Onotorisa*. But then we've been busy discussing whaling wars of all things and have military exercises.... so I reckon if we bring it up properly (as legislation for the council) then it could happen.
I used to run an alliance, and a region. Not that it matters now.
