A few reasons:

Old WC ally. Less oppressive than Baggnagia. His forces were just trying to help as well... and were refused.


I don't support any nuclear attack though. Or the massive bombing response.

I'd rather him and Baggnagia worked together, but Roski has some valid reasons.
