We would like to inform you that Dragomerian Islands is hereby withdrawing its support of the IWC for the following reasons:

• Attacking commercial vessels with lethal weapons;
• Invading a nation for a crime that warrants no such actions;
• Possible Crimes Against Humanity by the IWC; and
• Membership in such an aggressive organization has become detrimental to Dragomerian Islands.

As per our withdraw from the IWC, we hereby do the following:

• WITHDRAW all sanctions, military forces, and support against all whaling nations that have been imposed, except from those involved in the Attack on Zatak;
• CONDEMN Antarcteca's participation in the destruction of unarmed commercial vessels, as well as CONDEMN the IWC itself; and
• IMPOSE a ban on trade with Antarcteca

If any nation receiving this message has any questions, feel free to ask.

The Dragomerian Islands were part of the team that killed the 285 Beruitians and destroyed the ship, and has killed over 100 Alairian Whalers. They now agree that they are, in fact, allying with pirates.

This seems really excessive in my opinion. Whales are protected under OS law, but Piracy, is illegal, and state-coordinated and sanctioned piracy crosses a line.

You don't need to start attacking random fishing vessels just because they are hunting whales, arrest them (not shell or destroy their ships) if they are in your territorial waters, but don't start attacking them in International Waters.

I would really like to assist you guys in law enforcement efforts in your own territorial waters (with your Coast Guards), but having your Navy patrolling around and sinking ships is just asking for trouble.

Oh. So Antarcteca is committing a war crime by hiring and arming a pirate army to assault civilian ships in international waters. Say "arrest" if you want, but no jurisdiction and sinking anything that resists you is sorta like "Surrender or die". So yes -- Pirates.

Our battleship's are ordered to stay on defensive if a threat is present. We will not kill people unless they try and harm the life of our crew, I am damn sure you would too. We will not arrest ship unless they commit a crime in their nation (over fishing) and will be escorted back to their nation's port.

Say that all you want but the fact is that YOU are the ones APPROACHING SHIPS in INTERNATIONAL WATERS and RAIDING THEM IF NOT ASSAULTING THEM. You don't if they're committing a crime in our nations because you're too busy flaunting battleships and fleets against civilian ships in waters you don't own. You've flopped like three times now on what you'd do so it's not like I or anyone else can trust anything flying your flag at sea. How would you like it if my navy attacked your ship because it was fishing at all, or arrest, or arrest and send back to your country.

If you do this to another country's civilians, don't be surprised when they fire on you because you're assaulting their people. You have no right to enforce your beliefs or laws on foreigners and international waters; and if you do, expect these ships and their home navies to retaliate. I know I sure would, and im sure everyone else reading this would.

So to be serious for a moment: Enforce these laws in your organization's waters and not international waters. If you don't, you will be marked as pirates by everyone. And I don't know about you but we here in TECT enjoy a good pirate sinking. So in the effort of peace, don't go international.

"Peacefully". Realize that many of the guidelines that were listed by the IWC are illegal, and whaling laws aren't listed by your nation, so guidelines listed by the IWC are thought to be implemented..

My troops do NOT patrol international waters, they patrol my waters and member nations waters who agree to all laws and regulations
