Happy new year and blessings from the nation of ACH-SAN!
This communiqué is done for one reason: to allow people to observe the latest statistics of Achalya Santis as an economical, prosperous, knowledgeable nation.
Every 10 years as stated in the Constitution, a census is to be done by the Government. Ever since census records were tallied in 1800, this 21st census proves that the nation is growing with the people. Funds are to be allocated according to the states' population accords. Though boycotts, regimes, and many other mishaps have tried to overcome said research, many people will agree that our own statistics will enforce us to celebrate and rejoice in our future!
For this reason, I ask for you who wish to volunteer for such largest research of the decade to formulate your own questions, and I also ask for the mathematicians of your nations to aid us in our quest for the development of your people.
