The Rawlincian Government recently purchase 100 Multi-Purpose Frigates for the Rawlincian Maritime Piracy Protection Agency (RMPPA from now on). The RMPPA is a specialized branch of the Rawlincian Navy focused on defense from piracy in International Waters and in waters of members of the IFA. Its goal is to reduce maritime pirace by at least 20%. The RMMPA uses less-than-lethal to lethal tacticts depending on the situation, troops in the RMPPA are specially trained in negotiations. The RMPPA will have a 24/7 Emergency hotline for all shipping companies in countries that sign a contract with the RMMPA.
