Greetings, fellow citizens of the galaxy. The Immortal Lands of the Great Lord Tiger successfully colonized an uninhabited world now recognized as Tigeria Beta and by the Galactic authorities. Fortunately for you, it is rather lightly populated, and immensely rich in resources. What resources, you might ask? Most light metals are present in abundant quantities, deposits of rare 'earth' metals are being tagged as we speak, and for those of you with a need for petroleum, we are fairly certain that there are reservoirs under a continent in the southern hemisphere. We no longer have the technology nor desire to search for 'crude oil', and neither do we have extensive mining operations on or planned for 'Beta', but that is where you come in. The Immortal Lands, of course, needs its own resources to expand, but we choose not to operate our own ore extraction for two reasons: Firstly, we wish to make Beta a primarily 'residential' world -- little industry beyond the minimum, no military manufactories, etc. Secondly, we -- I -- see this as an opportunity to expand international relations in the interests of mutual benefaction.
Cutting to the chase, I am requesting that nations with need for raw resources submit a formal inquiry to the office of Min. Bernard Dominis, our Minister of Trade. At that point, we will be happy to arrange a meeting with your representatives in regard to the specifics. We are looking for partners willing to forgo some fraction of their harvested resources (ratio depends on Imglot's need) in exchange for access to Tigeria Beta and permission to move an agreed-upon amount of mining equipment and, if you wish it, security forces, to our planet. Please don't let this opportunity pass you by!
