It would be possible to allow Port Crane to expand slightly into South America due to the recent actions taken by the nation of Decenada. The legality of Decenada's actions would also be appreciated as a topic of discussion. The Dykes will only be able to take back a small amount of land so if the Port Crane Government wants to have more islands then use the Dykes to make Islands that can become Ports. I would also like to suggest that Port Crane set up a system to tax the Ships that come across the waters.

While drying the whole area would take massive efforts beyond the capacity of just our nation, we would be happy to help. With the recent plans for a new international space station, the government of Northern Davincia announces its plan to donate $50,000,000 to the operation as funding. If the I.C.L. permits it, this funding will continue. Hopefully other nations make such plans to offer this kind of spending as well. $500,000 of the donation was graciously made by Premier Garentialtia himself as a sign of respect for the international community.
