As a Reserkian cargo ship, The Calrio, heads east to the small island of Colo-Marica (real life New Caledonia). An Alexian Battleship tries to capture it in attempt to compromise the valuable cargo of ten nuclear warheads. As the Alexian battleship also know as the Nortorium approaches the Calrio, President Alexander III commands the Nortorium to be cautious and to approach with a peaceful intent saying that there is still a way to have peace. also to only to fire the weapons when told. The Nortorium sails toward the Calrio. Admiral Dave .G sends a message to the Calrio “ Hello, I’m Admiral Dave of the S.S Nortorium. We are aware that you are shiping 10 nuclear warheads to Colo-Marica we peacefully wish you to stop your ship and transfer the 10 warhead.” Calrio replays “Never, we are armed and are prepared to fire”. “ Doing so well be an act of war.” replies Admiral Dave “ Fine then”. The Calrio fires two missiles at the Nortorium. In response the Nortorium fires two anti missiles, but for some reason one of the anti missiles jammed. The one that did fire successfully hit the missile. but the other missile dived right in the the Nortorium and hit. The ship was heavily damaged and sank most escaped but were soon shot down.

An hour later, “ok we got the go for nuclear and land attacks, but the navy is still pending. ok how we going to do this” says Alexander. “Ok I think we should do a full on missile attack on Greenstone”. “ No,” shouts Alexander “to many innocent life are at stake”. “Only if we broadcast a warning to the people a give them time to escape”. “Thats stupid,” replies Eli “but whatever your the president”. At 4:00 Am the warning bells rang and the radios hummed with the with the fate of the city. Only a few escaped. The city was in mass panic. At 6:26 Am The missiles flew across the Reserkain Ocean and hit the noble city of Greenstone destroying and killing millions.

2. Reserka must give up control of Colo-Marica and the Northern Reserkian Island

5. And if #3 be so Firein well be taken away from power and the new nation can vote to be a Constitutional Monarchy, Republic, or a Democracy.

With the protection of our nations full at heart, a small international alliance separate from this League has been formed between the proud nations of Reserka, Niyhu, and Northern Davincia under the orders of Prime Minister Jacob Strecklyr. The terms of this alliance will be pushed further by the three occupying nations in regards to its place on Orbis.

With the advent of a global conflict now present on Orbis, it should now be the task of this League to both settle the conflict and preside over the peace terms. I ask that every peace-loving nation offer its assistance to push down the aggressors and return justice to all of Orbis. The treaty drafted by Agoara is insufficient to withhold peace for any remaining amount of time. Punishment should be our first priority to prevent aggressive nations from harming the international community ever again. Agoara was also a neutral nation, so its participation in negotiations is rather unfounded. The winning nations should be the ones to decide the fate of Reserka, Niyhu, and Northern Davincia. The last of which went to war with Davincia once already.

Considering the full extent and damage this short war has brought upon Orbis, having no equal or comparison, the terms of peace which shall sustain this world are to be defended at all cost. The aggressors will face punishment, the victors will be rewarded, and the neutral are to be pushed aside. The following terms, to be kept simple and fair, must be considered.

-Reserka and Niyhu are forbidden to expand their territory beyond their granted borders.
-They are forbidden from reforming an aggressive military.
-Davincia, Isaciaria, and Alexanderios are entitled to $1,000,000,000 as payment for damages experienced during the war.
-Reserka shall remain a protectorate of Alexanderios.
-International tension must be relieved within the I.C.L. before war is declared.
-A wall shall be constructed towards Niyhu and Davincia to prevent any more insurgent riots.

It is hoped that these simple terms of peace will be applied immediately. Despite the fact that our country was allied with the losing nations, we are open to increased diplomacy to solve the affects forced by this conflict.
