Dear Senators and Lords,

In the name of the Council, I would like to propose an amendement on the Regulations Act of the Alliance of Nobles.

I would like to add the word "active" inbetween the words of [...] total and Members [...] in Article 2.2 of said Act. The Article would, amendemented, be as following:

Article 2.2 The Speaker of the Council
Once a Speaker of the Council is elected, he has four days to form his Council. If he doesn't get the required men to fill his Government, other than the lack of total active Members of the Alliance, new elections shall be called within 3 days. If the Speaker decide to appoint a Lord, he must have the approval of that Lord. The Lord who becomes appointed Councillor, shall be dismissed from the House of Lords for the period that he shall serve as Councillor.
The Speaker of the Council may dismiss his Councillors or one of them at any time, but he must replace someone else in the open position within at most 2 days.

This proposal is now open for discussion, and will last so for three days (72 hours). The discussion period will end at 1/20/2014 (14:00h GTM).
