UL Awards Night (IC, MT)

[The United Motherland]

The large man stands up at the podium, while the Blue Army Choir had started to sing soft, yet quiet songs to get the audience's attention. He stands up there, while everyone is quieting down.

"Comrades, you may not know why you are here today," he asks, although not wanting a reply.

"My name is Alexyev Durbov; I was sent here by the United Federation's Government to hand out these awards, both to our country, and yours."

For that, the Blue Army Choir had stopped, and applauded for the Convist Member States, UL member states, and also applauding for the other foreign states. The relaxed tone of the crowd has him to ask one question.

"Shall we start?" he asks, smiling to the crowd, giving a bit of a pause while the Blue Army Choir had started to pick up on a much more cheerful Moschovite song called: Balkujara(Moschovite Gypsy Song)

The Empress sits, after having got herself a glass of wine; A cultural drink in Cyllea, though one that was currently in shortage.

Phú sits down on a chair, waiting calmly for the awards.

President Ditmoshenko sits down swiftly and gracefully.

Prime Minister Randy Moss sits down next to President Ditmoshenko with a nice, hot of tea.

Foreign Secretary Nygaard also takes a seat next to Prime Minister Moss and President Ditmoshenko.

[Glorious ReBublic of Alevstan]

Glorious Leader Ahmed rushes through the door and takes a seat, waiting for the Awards Night to begin. It appears he was a little late.

[The UL Administrator]

The large man smiles at the crowd.

"So be it, let us begin."

He grabs a stack of medals out of the drawer below him, as he says into the microphone:

"Comrades, please welcome The Motherland Delegate to the stage; Griken Converskii."

The crowd applauds for Griken as he walks up to the stage to the man who has his medals.

"Comrade. If I could say anything about the reward system; its either rigged, or our country has done some good."

The Blue Army Choir laughs at the little joke.

"Sir. Today is a day to recognize our glorious country, as we have worked, and strived for greatness," he stops for a second to get a small sip of his water. "Therefor, I award The Motherland with these said medals:" he nods for him to bow, as he grabs one medal off of the desk.

"The Order of Durva, while our country is close to the man himself, there are still times in which he can come into question, and our grand country has not dropped him yet," he says, smiling.

"The Order of Social Connections, for the United Motherland being the main diplomatic force in the United Left, and has represented it many times," he smiles, once again.

"The Order of the Blue General, for the United Motherland being one of the heads in both Convist and UL military planning, and not forgetting the recent war with the OEN, and the UL's victory, in which would most likely would not be possible without the Motherland," the crowd gives a small applaud for the military strategy of the Motherland. "And not also forgetting the Motherland's tactical win with the Androids."

He stops the crowd from their applaud, and continues. "Now, to continue, we give the Motherland the Order of the Revolutionary, as he is included in almost every activity within the United Left."

"Furthermore, we have 5 Order of Stalin's for the Motherland," the applause was rapid, 5 orders is certainly going to be a record holder for quite a while, and will not be forgotten for the first awards night. "The first is for The Motherland's Approach with the Axis. Yes, he was quite new; saying he is one of the newest senior members today, the Motherland had handled it with full force, and the proof of that today; is the Axis's dissolution, and although they were friends at the end, even the friendship could have only been possible by the Motherland's Coordination," there was another round of applause, yet the Ex-Axis members were a little more silent at the dissolution part.

"The second and third, is for the strength shown at the Ardoki Incidents, and while not getting rid of Ardoki, and had put him to use while still keeping the UL's name and him safe. Ardoki is now a large part of UL society, and has been helping the UL out ever sense," the crowd applauds once again. Ardoki was almost about to be thrown under the bus by the Motherland administration, yet they had given him a final chance, and he had turned his leaf to work for the UL and keep it safe.

"The fourth, is for the more recent IFA-UL times, as the times have gotten slightly rough between the UL and some IFA members due to Ideology, the peace has been kept, while the Motherland had put an iron foot in when times became unacceptable."

"The final one is for the current OEN times, as The Motherland has been a strong figure for the UL throughout this whole time, and the outcome of these wars would have been much different for him," The man smiles, while putting on 5, heavy order of stalins on to Griken's neck.

"Then, we have the Order of the Artist, for working out many literate works for the UL, making propaganda, and generally making the UL and the CU a much nicer place," the man shows a small piece of Propaganda works, in which was shown by the large man handing out the medals.

"We also have an Order of the Government, and an Order of the Convist Government, by working in both and taking care of both organizations," he smiles, while Griken's neck is starting to look in pain.

"And finally, we have the 3 Orders of the Rainbow Stalin. For the outstanding Motherland's achievements, and without the country, the UL would most likely would have never been in the same place as it is now," Griken takes the three medals and bows to the crowd, thanking them while wild applause goes on.

"Is there anything you, or your comrades would like to say, Griken?"

[The United Motherland]

"Da. I only have very little to say, but I might as well say it," he points out, smiling.

"Thank you all for Nominating the Motherland, and for letting the Motherland become Glorious. Being so; it is still very nice to have the Ardokian administration with us," He notes, teasing Ardoki. "But nonetheless! Thank you all!" he walks off the stage into his seat, as the awards night host waits if anyone has any other words to say for The Motherland.

[Ardoki]

Matiya Vardija, the Ardokian ambassador to the UL, clapped, smiles and laughed as the Socialist Republic of Ardoki was derided. However this was just a rouse, Matiya Vardija was not happy at all. However it was best no to throw a tantrum at a public place.

'We had to remain diplomatic' he thought, 'No big messes'.

He death stared Griken Converskii as Griken took his seat, the feeling in the conference room was tense.

[The United Motherland]

Griken walked down from his seat and patted the Ardokian Ambassador on his back in a friendly manner, waiting for more awards to come up next.

[The UL Administrator]

The large man, once again laughs at the small joke and watches Griken sit down.

"Alright, our next award winner for the night is the Vedrian Ambassador. Please come up to the stand," welcomes the Large Man. He hand-motions the Verdian Ambassador to come up, while the Blue Army Choir plays 'Oh By the Sunny Forests.'

The doors to the building suddenly open, and through them walked the Alos'teqiin representative Ŝiisàra Nosên-Alas'teqiin. "I apologise for my extreme and inexcusable lateness. I had trouble with my transport boat while trying to navigate around the Versutian Islands, and then I had trouble on land due to the lack of adequate transport in the city I landed in. Regardless, I'm here now", she said with a tired-sounding voice. Nosên promptly sat down in one of the seats, and got herself a drink.

"It is fine, Ambassador Ŝiisàra Nosên-Alas'teqiin. Come sit with Prime Minister Moss, Foreign Secretary Nygaard, and I. May you please get me a dry martini, stirred? Thank you very much. I'll make room for you- Nygaard, can you move over?"

Dregoff is standing towards the back with a glass of whiskey, he slowly reappears from the shadows and situates himself on a close to the stage table.
"I wonder what reward I got" Dregoff says to the person next to him (Can be anyone)

"Moss, Nygaard, would either of you like a cocktail, or a sandwich, or something of the sort? I can get one, if either of you would like."

Hans Gudden, Jarl of Foreign Affairs, had been stating in the back of the room. It was a time of tension here in the world and that reflected in the actions of the myriad of individuals. They were all definitely an interesting bunch.
