Instead of calling the glorious hand of his father, the LORD, to smite the sodomites, he sits on his throne of prostitutes and ponders the questions of life (such as, "Why am I so great?"). He gets a call on his 1987 model cell phone. It is from his Interior Minister, Jean-Bedel Dacka, who he was planning to eat have for dinner this weekend.

She exits the cab, giving the driver a generous tip, before making her way into the palace to see the other leaders and diplomats she'd only spoken to through Telegrams.
