Hans was enjoying the blend of so many ideologies and personalities. Where he was from, most people were similar.

He accepted to flask and took a swig. It was strong and had an effect right away. "Thank you.. Very much sir.. I am Jarl Hans Gudden, a simple diplomat. I can tell you, you must meet the Emperor of Vangaziland. He might be interested in setting up some trading routes with you and your allies. But business can wait.. For now, we celebrate!"

He returned the flask.

William had been also standing at the back, he wasn't exactly exicted, byt was happy for his follow comrades. He turned to Hans Gudden, whom he knew that he was the Jarl of Foreign Affairs

There was a little noise about the increase in military and police spending, but that was to be expected.

"That is a good question... I'm an ambassador from the International Freedom Alliance. It is my job to try to keep things running smoothly between the IFA and the UL and CU. Other alliances too... It's quite the job.."

"Good evening. I am say to say that our ambassador is currently on sick leave, and is resting back home in Vedria. But, this award is not only for him, but the entire Vedrian people. Whatever this award is. Haha", the Chancellor remarks.

Afterwards, he waits onstage for the presentation of Vedria's award.
