It was a cool, dark night in Peldingrad. A large man was unlocking the door to the Awards Night ceremony in Eshclev Palace. The glass was pictures of the anchient Federation Tsars and the different great priests from the United Federation's history. These windows gave a colorful glow all inside of the palace room as the moonlight softens the mood within the area. To a further extent, there were lavish chairs, covered in a soft, red velvet in which would hopefully make those whom sit in the chair not have back issues, such as the previous awards night, they were lined up in rows, one after another. Furthermore, the floor below was a hardwood, polished, mahogany floor in which was smooth to the touch. Although, there was one exception. There was a blue and red carpet that passed throughout the middle of the chairs, in which was almost just as soft as the chairs lined up by the side of it in rows.
Although, this was nothing compared to the back wall. There were two large banners at the top, both crossing over one another, such as a hair braid would. In addition, there was also a large sign in which read "UL AWARDS NIGHT" in which was stapled on top of the two crossing banners. To a further extent to those banners, instead of the cobblestone that the building was made out of, the back was a Convist Flag and the United Left flag on top of one another in which had the rest of the back wall covered, hence the patriotic feel. Ergo, there were two small round areas in which came from the ground for people to stand on. One had came from the center back, in which a podium with a microphone was sitting, there were large amounts of medals in a drawer on the middle section of the podium; which in turn were handed out to the participants during the awards night. Furthermore, the other small circle was on the right back corner, in which the glorious blue army had stood.
The Blue Army was practicing certain songs before the guests entered, while from the USSR, CU, and other various countries, the choir was able to sight-read the songs with a perfection and sharpness to them. The instruments in which they were playing was quite strange and of many different shapes and sizes, although, this did not seem strange with the skill and perfection that the army was playing at. These men were ready for an enjoyable time with the leaders of many alliances, and as they hope everyone will leave having what they wanted.
While the man looks around, he walks up to the stand. He looks down at the drawer, many medals for many people, outside or inside of the UL. This will be a glorious night, and a glorious night indeed.
