1st Pacific Economic Defense Coalition Summit [PEDC-Only]

Flanked by an aid and bodyguard, Prince Liu Gong hurries down the hall to the Ketchum Pavilion. His long and vibrant courtly robes flutter to his quick pass.

"Running so late. If the Grand Empress heard of my tardiness to this event I'd be flogged." The Prince spoke in a rushed voice making his way to the doors.

"Yes, your highness. The pilot has been reprimanded and reassigned from your service. I believe the summit will understand." The Prince's aid, Su Fei, reassured the Prince.

Finally arriving Prince Gong with the help of his aid, readjusted his robes and smoothed the creases. Su Fei offering a cloth to wipe the small sweat beading atop the Prince's brow. Resettled the Prince gave a nod to his body guard, who then opened the door to the meeting room.

Prince Gong bowed his head to the assembled delegates. Approaching the the table where all had been seated. Bowing his head again he finds his place among the high profile delegates.

Before sitting he smiles to the delegates and bows once again before introducing himself, "I am Prince Liu Gong of Sheng, representing the Confederate Empire of Sheng China to the PEDC. I profusely apologize for my tardiness. Please do continue your discussion. I shall catch up quickly." With a firm nod to them he finally settles down into his seat with his guard and aid flanking him.

[Muzztopia]

Micheal came back about 10 minutes later and whispered in The Empresses ear. Following that she stood up quietly and cleared her that preparing to speak. " I Empress Alexis Du Font Representing The Empire of Muzzopia offer up Muzztopias Ministry of Defense and Security Council to be Supreme Commander of the PaCo Special Defense and First air Force,I believe we are capable of this because of our well funded, well organized and very capable Armed Forces capable of responding to any crisis that may arise and handling it with a timely and effective manner with the most efficient response to the crisis whether it be a hostile foreign power or a natural disaster." ?She then looked around the room quietly

Satsuki made note of Sheng China's arrival before continuing on with Muzztopia.

Iolanda speaks, after finally having figured out what the others were talking about.
"I believe Cyllea could do a decent job on The Director of Economic Aid. We have first hand experience on needing aid, and so we'd know how much to give. I'd have to consult on who our ambassador would be with our Empress and I.P, though."

"Very Well please get back to us on that." Satsuki explained

"Should we vote?" The king asked, looking at the older people talking while the two stare at them rather awkwardly.

"No, I think we should just observe. After all, we have no clues on what to do..." He whispered back to his brother.

"That's why I don't like older people. Look, and no one's looking at us! As if we're just kids..." He sighed before looking at them.

"We're still kids, well, I'd say teenagers but that doesn't change anything. Just, let's just listen to them. Well, I'll listen, you'll observe, since you're good at observing." The delegate said as he carefully listened on what the other delegates are talking about.

"Okay... but I like the Asigna person though..." He took a look at the Asigna Philippine Delegate, before observing the whole meeting with concentration.

"Does the Great Biochemiae delegation have anything to imput?" Satsuki asked while suppressing a rather child like grin.

The delegate stared at the lady with chaos going on in his head. He doesn't know what to say. Of course, he already thought of something, but the mention of his nation put a stop to his thoughts and alas, his hard earned ideas were gone. He doesn't blame the lady, as she was just merely asking for his opinions and stuffs.

The king noticed this and whispered to his brother, "How about you go for president stuff?" He snickered but the delegate didn't take heed about what his brother said. After all, they're just trial members, here to give suggestions and no more. Something his lovely brother would easily forget.

"If you don't want, I think we should vote for the Asigna lady as the president then." The king said loud enough for him --and probably the lady that called them earlier and the Asigna lady-- to hear. Emil only looked at his brother before looking at the lady and smiled.

"I apologize. For now, I have--" He was interrupted when his king said something to the lady.

"I vote for the Asigna lady?" The king grinned, as if he said nothing strange. Good thing the other delegates are talking at each other, or it will be a big humiliation to them, or at least, to him. As much as he respect and looks up to his brother, he can't help but feel that he's just hallucinating stuff.

Shura Kirigakure. Polarian Ambassador to the PEDC over watches the summit and raises her hand " I say yay to Rosa Rivera of Asigna to hold the Title of Director of Economic Aid.

Dene Mangai, a tall, thin man, from the province of Mongolia, in central Bojikami rushes to the door, and stops a moment before walking in, he straightens out his suit and opens the door. He walks in and bows to his fellow delegates. When he rises he says "I am Dene Mangai, of the Proletarian Federal Republic of Bojikami. I have come to represent in the PEDC, and I also apologise for my lateness." He bows once more and makes his way to his seat among the delegates, where he sits down.

Rosa then felt her phone ring, upon checking it, she was shocked to hear the news about Terten's very risky decision, one that would possibly either break them as a power player or remake them. Rosa nervously stood up as she tried to think of how to introduce this new proposition.


"I hereby would like to make a proposition ladies and gentlemen." She said as she grabbed a wine glass and started hitting it with a fork, just like how a party host would do it in a wedding or a formal party. Rosa was clearly shaking as she was doing so.

"I would like a toast for this new coalition. And also...i have also another one that would therefore strengthen our alliance, increase oru assertiveness to implement policies in Asia pacific as well as the rest of the world in question."

[Victoriala]

Darhara Livatē looks to Rosa in doubt and suspicion. She knows it is something big due to her reaction to the call.

Nui Harime was outside after getting an alert from Aelita. A lot have changed in Nui's life including reconciling with her Half sisters and joining F.I.N.A, she is willing to do what ever it takes to keep those that gave her a second chance happy.

We are to discuss such things with the Axis separately to know whether the Axis would also be willing to fund development projects.

Our cooperation would not be limited to security alone, but also economically, culturally, not to mention we need to preserve Asian culture from foreign elements that would come to disturb it."

The sudden reaction from the summit delegation then made Rosa shrank back a bit. As expected, she thought, something like this was going to happen, perhaps, because they are still ill informed in what the Axis really wants, unlike the old Axis, the new Axis was to set things right this time.

"Ladies and gentlemen addressing the fact we proposed cooperation but it means that the Axis is to serve as a tool for the realization of cooperation in east Asia and the rest of the world. This is not a proposition to let you drag into the conflict the new Axis is already embroiled in. Rather, the Axis is determined to doing something different. Since our new alliance fights for international justice as well as political justice, we are determined to join in a totally new task, helping progress in the region and the world's development.

If we have any further objections we may now discuss what the Axis has to do for the sake of the PaCo."

Satsuki sipped her tea before addressing Rosa. "We don't need to make any demands until Pierre Joseph tells informs me of what goes on in Victoriala at that meeting. This is a very delicate situation and I need to move with caution and care. Surely you understand where I'm coming from. No?"

Mangai stood up. "I agree with Ms. Kiryuin. We should not be making alliances or pacts while the threat of international conflict looms. What we should do, is keep a sort of neutrality towards the others until the situation relaxes and peace between the alliances can be achieved." He remained standing to view the other delegates' reactions.
