Synopsis
Experiments conducted by the Currousian Centers for Science and Intelligence (CCSI) has resulted in the creation of beings known only as 'Others'. These beings were originally humans who'd been vigorously tested on, in most cases unwittingly. They appear to be human and their existence is a well guarded secret by the government, so most of the public at large is unaware of their existence but a few underground syndicates and the Others themselves are very aware. They have differing abilities, such as the ability to bend electricity, air, water and fire, but also can do things like instantly heal themselves, blow things to bits with just a touch, warp living matter with just a look, etc. They can still be killed just as any other human depending on their ability and they act as any other human does (eat food and such). They've got a natural need to kill using their ability having been programmed to do so, though control differs they usually can over come this (this does not apply to the ones with healing powers, they were part of a different project and thus are not programmed to kill as their counter-parts are). The Others have the ability of telepathy and can speak to only each other, if they tried this on normal humans it would probably kill them. There are Others who are fully aware of their abilities and Others who think they are normal humans and have yet to embrace their ability, these are called Sleepers.
The government has so far been trying to exterminate but because of the vastness of the project responsible for their creation they've not had that much luck in this. So far, the Others have kept quiet and have not made any move to retaliate against the government but of late more and more reports of homicide have been showing up...

You can be a human, just your average Joe or a Government Official hell bent on exterminating the Others, a full blown Other set on the collapse of the Currousian Government for their actions, an Other working with the government or a Sleeper who gets dragged into the mix. You can have up to two characters. Please keep in mind we need people on both sides.

Attire: When he's running about killing Others, he wears a trench coat and mask with a red line through the left eye. When he's not, he wears a black sweater and a black coat with jeans and sneakers.
Appearance/pic:
Personality: Dieter is usually friendly but he's not exactly the happiest of people. He hates the fact he's an Other and often kills his own kind knowing they take innocent human lives just out of bloodlust. Of course this makes him a hypocrite and it practically drives him insane though he's not often to show it. The loss of his family has also taken a heavy toll on his mentality, furthering his depression. He'll not show this however and pretend he's somebody happy and without these serious issues but this only causes him to puch these problems aside and not confront them. His persona seems to change with day and night.
Conventional Weapons: Dieter has several throwing knives and metal strings he can use to conduct his electricity or strangle somebody.
Bio: Having been born in the German speaking part of Currouse, a year or so after he immigrated with his family to the port of Monouska for work. For the next ten years of his life, Dieter lived as any other kid in Monouska until his family died in a transit 'accident' and he was taken in as a ward of the state. During this time, he was put in Project EDEN as one of the subjects being experimented on. He is unsure exactly how long he was experimented on but it was for a good portion of his teenage years. After a great while he escaped with the help of one of the scientist who worked with him, she was then killed for helping him in his escape. After he joined up with the Rhosian Syndicate and became one of their assassins. To this day he still works for them, simply pretending to be a student and waiter. He kills Others along with his targets. The others are quite aware of him as a murderer and assassin but do not know his real name or even his fake name, they merely know him as Sin.

Attire: Eden usually wears black dresses with high lace collars, she'll also wear a black winter coat with a large fur lined hood and flat soled boots that go up to her knees.
Appearance/pic: Eden has got dark auburn that falls to about her jaw line and is quite straight. Her skin is very pale and she's got dark grey eyes. She stands at about 5'9'' and has got a very delicate figure.
Personality: Eden is very inquisitive and has very strong morals. She lives by the saying "The End Justifies the Means" so her actions may seem crazy and pointless though there is often good reason for them. She's not exactly too social and can be short on patience with people. She's well driven with an almost unbreakable will but on occasions she may give up and break.
Conventional Weapons: The only weapon Eden will carry is a Madava .45mm.
Bio: Being the daughter of a prestigious scientist who worked in creating the Others, and government official, now trying to hunt them down, she was brought up in a very well off family. The entirety of her childhood was normal save for a year and a half she cannot recall though never really thought much of why that year was blacked out. She did well in school and for most of her life was always a talented artist so after graduating high school she went onto the School of Arts in Kyravania and graduated with a degree in Technical Illustration. Now she works in the University with medical students drawing diagrams and such of the human body.
