Since tensions are rising, I think we need some sort of defense council, similar to the Unified Armed Forces of the Warsaw Treaty Organization.

I was thinking of a United Left Unified Defense Council or ULUDC (U-lu-de-ke).

And rather than having an overall commander, we could have 5-10 commanders, who would be a member's military commander.

It might sound bureaucratic, but meh. The ULUDC could be a good way to maintain an organized defense posture.

Military coordination and communication is key if we were hypothetically attacked. Anyway, this exercise could help also.

In our war with the OEN, we were not very coordinated. However we were better than the other side and we didn't suffer very much.
