The French system is a mixed-economy. However I don't see how France has very many democratically-controlled workplaces, while their businesses are definitely not run for use.

Malivonia shall be reformed into a free, socialist and democratic nation. However the rebels will have to be defeated for that to happen.
A two-state solution is not the answer, just look at Korea or Palestine for example.

It works for other nations in RPs. Also, this kind of intractability will just make war inevitable. You may win, but the costs will be extremely high given the number of nations involved.
