I think we have mostly done that. There are some left-leaning alliances, but those are normally not alliances with an official Ideology for Leftism.

The Convist Union and the UL would never merge. Let me just list three good reasons why:

-The UL is an Alliance, the CU is a 'Nation'.

-The UL has agreed to make the CU its main vassal state regarding International Matters.

-We already have something on this, and you think that me and Bojik being in control of the CU and the UL; that they would act in our interests 100% of the time?
