Describe your nations policies toward human rights issues: The Confederacy has taken no official stance on LGBT rights, but has allowed civil partnerships in an attempt to appease the indigenous religious leaders who vehemently oppose same-sex marriage and transgender rights. While ethnic relations are at an all-time high, there has been a history of mistrust between the clans that dates back thousands of years, every couple hundred years or so a civil war occurs and it ends with another pact to abstain from ethnic violence. The last one occurred in 1967, though political analysts suspect that this may be the last one.

Biography: Donoma is of the Peta Oyate (Fire Clan). He was born on January 27th, 1963 in the capital city of Aniwahya. He was an orphan as both of his parents were killed in the civil war that ravaged the nation for 5 years. After being bounced from refugee camps during the war, he was found a permanent home with Eshkan Peta; and ambassador in the Foreign Service for the Confederacy. Due to his stepfather's occupation, he traveled the world and was rarely in the Northwest Coast except for when his stepfather was off-duty. Upon completion of high school he moved back to the Coast to further his education at the Oyate State University.

At first he had pursued a doctorate in medicine with a specialization in oncology. But after the premature death of the man he came to love as his father, Donoma followed in his steps and pursued a doctorate in political science. Soon after graduation he joined the Foreign Service and worked his way up the ranks. He has been hand picked by the Prime Minister to fulfill the task of being the chief representative of the Coast to the Convist Union.
