The Elysium Communist International, also known commonly as Elysium Comintern, is a intergovernmental alliance for the mutual defence and development of Elysium Communist and Socialist nations.
Created in the 21st century in face of the growing threat of Fascist Imperialism and Western Capitalism, the Comintern seeks to both defend itself from Anti-Communist aggression and promote the mutual development of regional peace and co-operation.

Comintern Charter of Mutual Defence and Development
Section 1 - Pact Structure and Requirements
I. The Comintern shall be headed by a Secretary General, whom is elected every Two Months by the various member states of the Comintern. The Secretary General will be responsible for the interpretation of the Charter and official confirm membership into the Comintern. The Secretary General shall also settle disputes between member states and interpret any resolutions brought before the Comintern.
II. Member states will send delegation to be represented in the International Assembly of the People. The International Assembly of the People will be responsible for the assistance and cooperation between the various member states and helping to safe guard the revolutionary cause. Delegation of member states may submit proposals the International Assembly of the People to be debated.
III. The Comintern requires that all member states maintain a government and economic system of a communistic or socialistic nature. Member states that do not do so are to be immediately removed from Comintern membership.
IV. Member states are encouraged to adopt communist symbolism in their national flags and seals, but are not required to do so. However, no flag of a member state may feature symbols of Fascism or Capitalism.
V. Member states are considered full members and are expected to uphold their responsibilities as outlined in this Charter.
VI. Member states may be part of other regional organizations and alliances, but must uphold their duties to the Comintern first before all others except for domestic concerns and issues.
VII. The Comintern may not pass resolutions that affect the sovereignty and ability of member states to make their own decisions.
VIII. The Comintern Charter may be altered with a unanimous vote.
Section 2 - Military and Economic Assistance
I. Member states are obligated to come to the aid of any Comintern member that is under attack and help repel invaders until conclusion. However, member states are not obligated to assist a Comintern member who declares war on another nation.
II. A member state who attacks another member state is immediately expelled from the Comintern for treason, and enters a state of war with all other members of the Comintern.
III. Member states are obligated to assist other member states in the mutual economic development of all member states of the Comintern.
IV. Member states are strongly encouraged to send humanitarian aid and assistance to other member states who suffer natural or man-made disasters.
Section 3 - Admission of New Members
I. New member states may be admitted upon submission of a membership application.
II. Once a state as submitted an application, it will be reviewed by current member states and confirmed or denied with a simple majority vote.
III. New member states are expected to immediately follow all protocol as outlined in Section 1.5.
