As an 'April Fool' joke, a few years ago, Max created parallel 'Conservative' and 'Liberal' versions of the site that were aubsequently saved as optional themes. You seem to have somehow switched to viewing your nation through the Conservative theme. If you go to your 'Settings' page then you can change this.

(For comparison, the Liberal theme re-labels ICDs as "Fascist"...)

Yeah, it usually isn't that good to be an ICD...
