The hard part is actually seeing her, cuz ghost. Her own power is rather weak so only the highest of high magic can see her, which is ironic considering her abilities.

Yeah, that's kind of a given. Feeding on suffering isn't something that inspires trust in people, I'd say.

Actually, that could be kind of fun. Each time I have my character do something involving psykery, I'm going to roll 2D6 and see how it turns out. Double ones or double sixes causes PotW, right?

Lexicanum had a nice list of different Perils that can be caused by it, going to look at those for effects. Actually, there was this one called Vice Versa, which was basically a temporary bodyswap. That could be a fun event, actually.
