Anything else we should know? Deer Creek has no centralized leadership due to its unique form of non-hierarchical structure of citizen councils that govern the country. Also we can harness the power of the weather by combining each person's weak nature magic together into a country-wide séance.
In the year before the end of civilization as we know it, a dozen hippies started a small, remote commune in southeast Washington State. Their attempt at avoiding outside contact was so fruitful that they never actually found out about the crisis until the danger was long past. This is how far they have gone in 50 years.
